01. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to purchases through lixvop.com, operated by Guangzhou Qiaokufang Apparel Co., Ltd. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

02. Available payment methods

The payment methods available for your transaction are shown at checkout. Availability can depend on your location, billing details, currency, and the services enabled for the store.

Checkout options

Use an eligible payment method actually displayed during your checkout. A method mentioned elsewhere is available only when the checkout offers it for your transaction.

Payment confirmation

Orders normally proceed to processing after payment authorization or confirmation. Additional verification may be needed before fulfillment.

03. Prices, currency, and additional charges

Review the currency and final checkout total before paying. The displayed total may include product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and eligible discounts.

Shipping charges, where applicable, appear during checkout.
Discounts are subject to their stated conditions.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.
Import charges depend on the destination, disclosed shipping arrangement, and applicable law.

04. Authorization and verification

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and permit the provider to process the amount shown.

Payment providers and financial institutions may perform authentication or fraud checks. A temporary authorization hold can appear before a transaction is completed. The relevant institution controls how quickly an unsuccessful authorization is released.

We may review, pause, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to resolve payment concerns, inconsistent information, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. Captured payments for canceled orders will be refunded as required.

05. Payment security

Enter sensitive payment information only through the legitimate checkout and the payment provider’s authentication interface. Relevant providers may use encryption, restricted access, authentication, and fraud monitoring appropriate to their services.

No electronic payment system can eliminate every risk.

Our support team does not need your full card number, card security code, banking password, or one-time authentication code. Do not send these details by email or in a support message.

06. Declined or incomplete payments

A payment may fail because of billing errors, insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, authentication requirements, or a temporary service issue.

Check your entered information and follow the payment provider’s instructions. If an amount appears to have been charged without a corresponding order, contact us with the transaction date, amount, and a non-sensitive reference.

07. Possible duplicate charges

A pending authorization and a settled payment can sometimes appear together. This does not necessarily mean two charges have settled.

If you believe you have been charged twice, contact us with the relevant dates, amounts, and transaction references. We will review the order records and explain the available resolution.

08. Refunds and payment disputes

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method where supported.

The time before funds appear depends on the bank, issuer, and payment service. If a confirmed refund remains missing after the provider’s normal processing period, contact your financial institution or our team.

This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer protections or applicable payment dispute rights.
