01. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through lixvop.com. The store operates under the brand lixvop™ and is operated by Guangzhou Qiaokufang Apparel Co., Ltd.

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator. “You” and “customer” refer to the person placing an order. Orders are subject to the purchase terms presented for the transaction and mandatory consumer protections.

02. Our products

Our assortment includes home repair and surface-care products, furniture and household organization accessories, and tools, measurement products, and workshop essentials.

Refer to the individual listing and selected option for materials, dimensions, quantities, accessories, compatibility, operating limits, and intended uses. Display lighting and screen settings may cause slight differences in apparent color.

A product should not be assumed suitable for a particular load, surface, electrical application, or specialist task unless the relevant specification supports that use.

03. Customer eligibility and information

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction. Provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and payment details, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Review your products, selected options, quantities, address, and total charges before submitting an order.

04. Availability and pricing

Products are subject to availability. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will explain the available options, including cancellation and any required refund.

Prices and currency are displayed through the storefront and checkout. The final total includes the charges shown before payment, such as applicable shipping, taxes, and discounts. Banks or payment providers may charge separate currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

We may correct errors and update future prices, subject to obligations for orders already accepted. We will not impose an undisclosed price increase on an accepted order without your agreement.

05. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt and may precede payment verification, availability checks, and fulfillment confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because payment cannot be verified, goods are unavailable, material information is incorrect, suspected fraud requires action, or fulfillment would be unlawful.

We will communicate relevant issues and arrange any required refund of captured payments for canceled orders.

06. Payments

Use a payment option available at checkout. Transactions may require authentication or verification by the relevant payment provider or issuer.

07. Processing and delivery

Normal processing takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing is separate from shipping transit and generally excludes weekends and applicable public holidays.

Transit to eligible U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Available destinations, services, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, address issues, or other disruptions. They do not remove rights concerning late or undelivered goods.

08. Changes and cancellations

Contact support promptly to request an address correction, order change, or cancellation. We will try to assist, but a request may no longer be possible after preparation or shipping has begun.

If cancellation cannot be completed, applicable return rights may still be available after delivery.

09. Returns, refunds, and product problems

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Ordinary change-of-mind returns generally require unused products in original condition with the supplied components. Contact support before sending items back.

Faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products may qualify for separate remedies. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method where supported.

10. Safe use and care

Follow the instructions, warnings, and limitations applicable to each product. Check compatibility and inspect equipment before use. Keep blades, small components, batteries where included, and repair materials away from children.

Observe stated load limits and electrical requirements, and use protective equipment appropriate to the task. Seek qualified assistance for work beyond your experience.

These responsibilities do not exclude our obligations concerning unsafe, faulty, or misdescribed goods.

11. Customer conduct and intellectual property

Use accurate order information, communicate product issues honestly, and avoid fraudulent or unlawful purchasing activity.

Branding, photographs, descriptions, graphics, and other website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us, our licensors, or other rights holders. Buying a product does not transfer rights in those materials.

12. Warranties and responsibility

Express product commitments and legally required guarantees apply to purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any limitation of liability operates only to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.

Where legally permitted, responsibility for losses that are too remote or not reasonably foreseeable may be limited. Rights concerning defective or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

13. Events affecting fulfillment

Severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, major outages, and other events outside reasonable control may affect fulfillment.

Where an order is materially affected, we will review appropriate solutions in accordance with contractual obligations and applicable law. Such events do not automatically eliminate cancellation or refund rights.

We may update these purchase terms for future transactions. Updates do not retroactively remove rights established under accepted orders where prohibited by law.

15. Applicable law and resolving concerns

Transactions remain subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. If a concern arises, contact us so we can review the matter.
